Is there a charge for switching to Linked Telecom?

What Fixed line services are available?

We offer outbound voice (standard telephone service) on both PSTN or ISDN accesses and inbound voice such as 1800, 1300 and 13 services.

 

Will a technician need to come to my office?

As a part of our complete solution we will always send a technician on site to assess your particular needs.

 

Can I bring my numbers with me?

If you are acquiring a new ISDN service we will provide you a new number range upon your request. However, if you have an existing service Linked Telecom can arrange for your number range to move with you.

 

I have multiple service numbers on my account with my existing provider. Must I transfer all of these?

No. You may request any or all of the service numbers on your account to be transferred to Linked Telecom.

 

Will I continue to receive an invoice from my current service provider after my service has transferred to Linked Telecom?

No. Linked Telecom will bill you for all services previously billed by your service provider. However you may receive a final invoice from your old service provider for any charges accrued prior to the transfer date.

 

How will I be billed?

You will receive your invoice by email.

 

Will Linked Telecom invoice my fixed-line and mobile services separately?

All of your Linked Telecom services will be grouped on a single invoice.

 

How are my fixed-line call charges calculated?

All fixed-line calls are charged in six second increments.
